Austin D. Drewyer D.D.S.

Dr. Austin Drewyer proudly holds his Doctor of Dental Surgery diploma, which he earned from the esteemed University of Maryland Dental School. Following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, he represents the third generation of Drewyer's to contribute to the family dental practice, adding a rich legacy to his professional journey. Being a lifelong resident of Maryland, Dr. Austin has deep roots in the community and currently resides near Mt Airy with his beloved wife and son, Lauren and Jackson. With great enthusiasm, he eagerly continues the long-lasting relationships nurtured by his father and grandfather, cherishing the opportunity to share his unwavering passion for delivering exceptional dental care to his patients.

Dr. Austin is an active member of prominent dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. Through these affiliations, he remains at the forefront of advancements in the dental field, continuously expanding his knowledge and honing his skills to provide his patients with the highest quality of care.

When Dr. Austin isn't dedicating himself to his practice, he enjoys exploring the world alongside his family, creating cherished memories through travel. Additionally, he harbors a deep affection for baseball and passionately supports the local Baltimore/Washington sports teams, immersing himself in the excitement of the game.

Dr. Austin's exceptional skills, unwavering commitment, and dedication to his patients have earned him recognition as one of the region's "Best Dentists" by Washingtonian for the year 2023.  Douglas G. Drewyer D.D.S., M.A. 

Dr. Douglas G. Drewyer lives with his beloved wife Elaine just outside of Clarksville, MD. They have three children, a sheep dog and a cat. As a life-long learner, in 2005 he earned a Masters Degree in Applied Healing Arts from the Maryland University of Integrative Health (formerly The TAI SOPHIA Institute).  Dr. Drewyer teaches as a member of the Dean's Faculty at the University of Maryland Dental School. At the Dental School, Dr. Drewyer offers a Senior Elective Course titled:  A Mindfulness Approach to Clinical Excellence, Transforming What It Means to be a Dentist in the 21st Century. Dr. Drewyer is the Head Coach of the Laurel American Legion Post 60 Baseball Club and the Coordinator for Coach Training for HCYP Baseball.
